This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and terms for coaching services provided by ELS Coaching LLC (“the Company”).

1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching focuses on emotional regulation, confidence, executive functioning, academic support, and behavior skills.

Coaching is not therapy, not psychological treatment, and not medical intervention.

If therapy or clinical support is needed, referrals may be recommended.

2. Confidentiality

Sessions are private between the coach and the child.

Confidentiality may be broken only if:

  • The child is at risk of harming themselves or others

  • Abuse is suspected

  • Records are legally required

General progress updates may be shared with parents.

3. Session Structure

  • Sessions are 50 minutes.

  • Meetings may be online or in-person at the parent’s choice.

  • The child should be in a quiet, private space for virtual sessions.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Individual session: $95 / 50 minutes

  • Packages must be paid in full at the start unless a payment plan is arranged.

  • Payments accepted: Zelle, Stripe, Square, PayPal, or business invoice.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be charged at full rate.

  • Free discovery calls may be rescheduled once.

6. Parent Involvement

Parents may join certain portions of sessions.

Parents agree to support routines, behavior plans, and strategies outside sessions.

7. Refund Policy

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Packages are non-refundable but may be paused for up to 90 days.

  • Unused sessions may be transferred to a sibling or parent.

8.Communication

Text/email may be used for scheduling or brief questions.

Coaching outside sessions is limited to what is included in the selected package.

We do not store credit card numbers.

Squarespace automatically collects anonymous data such as:

5. Email Communication

By contacting us, you consent to receive replies or occasional updates.

6. Data Security

All data is stored securely.

Payment processors use encrypted, industry-standard security.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in coaching services with ELS Coaching LLC, the parent/guardian understands and agrees to the following:

1. No Guarantees

Coaching provides guidance, support, and strategies, but results are not guaranteed.

Progress depends on the child’s engagement and home environment.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Care

Coaching is not a substitute for:

  • Therapy

  • Psychiatric care

  • Crisis services

  • Medical treatment

If clinical services are needed, referrals may be provided.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

Parent agrees that:

  • They are responsible for their child’s actions, safety, and decisions outside sessions.

  • The coach is not liable for academic, behavioral, emotional, or social outcomes.

  • The coach cannot control behavior outside the session environment.

4. Voluntary Participation

Parent acknowledges that they voluntarily choose coaching services and may stop anytime.

5. Release of Liability

Parent releases ELS Coaching LLC and Coach Huda Aljouda from all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in coaching services, except in cases of gross negligence.
